The Pocono Family YMCA offers:
3 High School / Middle School Age Training / Conditioning Programs are geared for swimmers who do not wish to compete but wish to get ready for High School swimming and / or stay in shape in the "OFF" season with out becoming members of our competitive team:
Extended Season Program - Bridge the gap between High School Swimming and Spring Swim Team.
Spring Training - Session runs from the first Monday in April until the week before the start of Summer Training
Summer Training - Session runs from the week after local schools let out for the summer until the first Friday in August.
Late Summer / Fall Conditioning - Session runs from the first 2nd week in August through the last week in September.
Middle Schoool / High School aged swimmers wishing to improve their Stroke Technique and Keep in shape through-out the spring.
(Swimmers must pass simple entrance test)

Swim Meets: Not Offered
Performance Requirements: Swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards of free (front crawl stroke) with rotary breathing, 50 yards of backstroke & have good knowledge of either butterfly or breast stroke kick.
FLOATATION DEVICES ARE NOT PERMITTED
