Rehab Protocols

The following protocols have been provided by members of USA Swimmings's Sports Medicine and Science Network. They have been suggested based on successful use with competitive swimmers.

While each protocol can serve as a useful reference, you are encouraged to tailor a protocol to meet the specific rehab needs of your athlete.
